If you are the contractor of the room or the registered tenant, you may be able to temporarily borrow the keys at the management center.

 

First, contact the branch responsible for your building to check the possibility to borrow the key.

Check here the information of the branch and working hours.

 

※Check the documents that you are able to use as an identification document.

●Driver's license
●Passport.
●Resident Card.
●Student ID (For contracts under the school name with the student registered in the room).
●Employee Registration Card (For corporate contracts with the employee being registered in the room).

 

Only the branch with the management responsible for the building will have the key. Even if you visit other branches they won't have the key to borrow, so if you are not sure which branch is responsible for your building, contact us through the 「Inquiry Form」 to confirm.

 

You are only able to borrow the key, if you can return it on the same day within the branch working hours.

※We may need to share your personal information when checking the details of the contract.

※When a registered tenant is visiting to borrow the keys instead of the contractor, the branch will need to check with the contractor before being able to hand the keys.

※We are not able to hand the keys to any other person besides the contractor or registered tenant.

▼Regarding the fees:

If you lost the key of your room, a fee of 1320¥ per lost key will be charged at the end of the contract.

※If you are subscribed to the 『Support and Key Service System』 or the 『Tenant Support System』 the fees for lost keys will be covered by the support system.

※In some cases, the fees or the cost to change the lock may be charged to the tenant. Please report the details of your problem with the keys to check the charges.

▼Regarding the copy of the keys:

For the type of keys shown below, you can make a copy after borrowing at the branch. Go to a nearby key smith store, make the copy and return the original key to the branch afterwards.

 

For the type of keys below (card type keys and opnus keys), you will not be able to make a copy.

They come as a set with the lock, and 2 or 3 are given at the start of the contract. Please notice additional keys are not going to be handed.
