1. Please check batteries in the remote control run out. Please change batteries if it's run out.

   ※Please check electrode(＋－) placed correctly.
   ※We can change battery free of charge in case of its run out within one month since you moved in. Please contact us from "Inquiry form" or service center.

2. It would be fixed if you press the reset button with a pen or a toothpick.

●Reset button

※Slide down the cover, and there is a reset button above the battery insert part.

We will send a new remote control if it's broken, so please contact us from "Inquiry form" or service center after checking the model and manufacturer. It would take about one week to be shipped.

●How to check remote control operation

1. It's able to check the transmission unit of the remote through a lens of a mobile phone camera.
2. Press any button on remote while looking through the lens of the mobile phone camera.

If there is no response in transmission unit..

It would be broken or have no battery.

※Due to using a feature of CD and CMOS which are used in digital camera, some models would not correspond. Please try with a digital camera if you have.
