We are entering the end of year season and the inquiries regarding lost keys increases as the tenants usually go more often to parties and on vacation. Losing the keys not only cause a number of hindrances but also may have unexpected costs that could otherwise be avoided.

The phone lines are also difficult to connect outside working hours (holidays and nigh time). We recommend also using the 『Inquiry Form』 when unable to connect the call.

*For tenants that are subscribed to the 『 Tenant Services and Key System 』 or the 『 Tenant's Support System 』, the change of locks in case of lost keys or theft will be covered. For more information regarding the subscriptions, check here.
※The support does not cover if the tenant forgets the keys (instead of losing or theft), such as leaving behind in other places, locked in the car, etc... and cancellation fees.

After making the request, if the order is cancelled (either by the tenant request or not being in the room at the scheduled time), 3,850￥ will be charged for the cancellation during normal working.

After making the request, if the order is cancelled (either by the tenant request or not being in the room at the scheduled time), 9,350￥ will be charged for the cancellation outside normal working hours.

 

▼Important notes:
When requested, the key smith company that will visit the room will provide the shortest time of arrival, but depending on the situation of the transit traffic and weather the arrival time may differ.
The payment for the fees will be sent to the room on a later date as a invoice to be paid through bank transfer.
During extended holidays (New year, Golden Week and Obon holidays), the fee will be considered as outside of normal working hours, any time of the day.

 

①The are usually forgotten inside the pocket of your clothes or bags, inside the car, locker or other storing places at work. Try looking for it after calming down and checking the probable places.
②Remember the last time and place you had the keys on you (at work, restaurant, friends house, etc...) and retrace where you may have left it, also checking with the people in these places.
③Check the closest police post or department. Sometimes the keys are handed to the police after being found and they may have the keys or the information of where the key is.
④If you still can not find the keys, file an 『Inquiry Form』 with the details for a request.
※The contractor must be the one making the requests for changing the locks or to unlock the door of the room. For corporate contracts, it must be by the registered responsible for the housing or the registered tenant in the room.
