Internet contract (Basic plan/Light plan/Standard plan) is required to use the wi-fi connection from Life Stick.
If the contract is ongoing and the initial settings have been completed, "SSID (wireless name) and password" will be displayed on the top right of the service TOP (HOME) screen.
※Setting on TV that supports HDMI connection is required to use Wi-fi function of Life Stick.
It is not able to use Life Stick Wi-fi if you do not have a TV, so please prepare an access point by yourself.
Please check your contract status because the contract may have expired.

Please refer to the following if there is no Wi-fi SSID and password in the screen even though you have a contract.
- SSID may not be displayed if there is a lot of Wi-Fi surrounding.
Please try to switch OFF> ON Wi-Fi on your PC, smartphone or tablet.
※Some model of PC may have external Wi-fi button. - Check if the Wi-fi is off from "Network Settings" at down part of the Life Stick Service TOP screen.
Life Stick cannot shoot Wi-fi signals when it is ON.
After turning off, please restart the Life Stick and check. - The Wi-fi access point of Life Stick may not be compatible to your device (PC, smartphone etc.)
◆For white Life Stick, please check a range of frequency.
Please go to 【Network setting】>【Access point setting】 in the home screen and change it from 5.0GHz to 2.4GHz.
◆For black Life Stick, please check the following.
Go to 【Setting】→【Wi-fi Access point】 in the home screen, and change it from 5.0GHz to 2.4GHz. - Try manual connection to network.
Network Name: Enter the displayed SSID.
Security Type: Select "WPA2-Personal".
Security Key / Password: Enter the password displayed in the screen.
【How to restart】 You can restart either of the following two types.
※Please unplug the LAN cable and plug it back in when you restart the Life Stick.
・Unplug the AC adapter of the Life Stick and plug it back in again.
・ Reboot with remote control from TOP menu
Please select from the menu 「設定"Settings"」⇒ 端末 "Terminal"⇒ 「端末情報"Terminal information"」⇒「再起動"Restart"」
