• Because the fluorescent light, the light bulb are consumable goods, so the tenants need to change the light bulb by themselves while living in the room.

※If a light bulb or a fluorescent light is burned out within 1 month from your move-in date or if you purchased Life support Service Select, Support System Select Insurance, we will change the light bulb for free

• There are a lot of types of light bulb, fluorescent light, so please buy the same type of light bulb at the nearest home center, electronics store.

※If you bring the light bulb to an electronics store, it is easier to find the same light bulb.

• If a light bulb or a fluorescent lamp or a glow lamp (a light tube) is loose, it might not turn on, so please tighten it again.

• If you can not change it by yourself, we can change it for you but you have to pay some fees, please contact Service Center (Traveling expenses\3850)
