If the water (hot water) in the room disappears due to freezing of the water pipe, it will be thawed naturally by waiting for the temperature to rise. Please wait for natural thawing.
Natural thawing takes time. If the indoor water supply pipe is frozen, it may be thawed quickly by warming the whole room.
If there is no improvement, try the following measures.

●When water comes out but hot water does not come out.

The water pipe of the water heater may be frozen.
Cover the water pipe with a towel, and slowly pour hot water over it.
※Please note that applying extremely hot water may damage the piping.
If there is an outlet near the water heater, it is also effective to warm it with a hair dryer.

●When there is no water and hot water.

Since the location of the frozen pipe is not known, it is necessary to try a whole process.
Cover the exposed water pipe (near the water meter / water heater) or faucet with a towel, etc., and slowly pour hot water over it.
※Please note that applying extremely hot water may damage the piping.
In the room, open the indoor door so that warm air flows through the room.

●About request for de-icing work.

When requesting the defrosting work of the paid service piping, please inform us from the "Inquiry Form" or contact the service center.

※During busy periods, even if you request a pipe de-icing work, we will not be able to respond on the same day. Please make efforts to prevent the pipes from freezing during the contract period.
