● Please make sure to check the locks and turning off lights before leaving the apartment.

● Stop or arrange for subscription newspapers/magazines/mail to avoid those getting scattered outside the mail box.

● If you have a security system box (ALSOK/SECOM) turning the main breaker off will send an alarm to the security company, please leave the breaker on for the main room if you have security system.

● Turn on the "went outside" mode (外出) because long period of time inside the apartment will also send the alarm to the security company.

※Losing keys while overseas is quite common, please be careful not losing them and if you can also prepare a spare key for emergencies.
