If the remote control battery is runs outt, replace it with a new one.
※Do not mix new and old batteries or different types of batteries.
※Check if the battery polarity (+-) is correct.

If the battery runs out within one month after moving in, it will be replaced free of charge.

You can check whether the remote control is operating normally by the following method.

①Look at the transmitter light at the tip of the remote control through a lens such as a mobile phone camera.


②While checking the light through the lens of the mobile phone camera, press the button on the remote control.


▼When the transmitter light is on.
The remote control is operating normally.
There is a possibility of malfunction of the main unit. Check the status of the main unit.

▼When the transmitter light is not lit.
The remote control's battery may have run out or it may have malfunctioned.

※This remote control confirmation method uses the characteristics of CCD and CMOS sensors used in digital cameras.
Some models such as smartphones may not be compatible.
If you have a digital camera, try it with a digital camera.
