1. Take off the cover from the air conditioner unit. (Check the following images)
2. Wash out dusts or stains from the filter.

   ※If it`s sticky with oil smoke or cigarette stains, please use a neutral detergent and rinse with warm water.

3. After washing, shake off water and dry in shade.

Air conditioner filter installation

If you neglect to clean the air conditioner filter, it may cause malfunction, clogging of the drain hose, water leakage, bad smell, be sure to clean it regularly.

If there is no improvement even after cleaning the filter

 There is a possibility that dirt has adhered to the pallets inside the air conditioner or the heat exchanger if there is no improvement even if the filter is cleaned.

Please use the spray type of air conditioner detergent for cleaning, or please apply for air conditioner cleaning(charge) by cleaning company.
