Lease agreement

Depending on the room layout of the contract, the number of people of the following number can be accommodated.

• Room of 1K(one room), 1DK, 1LDK is limited to 2 people including contractor.
• 2K, 2DK, 2LDK Room including 4 people it means that including contractor.
• 3LDK or more Room is limited to 6 people including contractor.

Monthly contract

Depending on the contract plan for using the room, the number of people of the following number can be accommodated.

• For monthly plan, short-term plan room use, up to 3 people including contractor.
• Up to 2 people including a contractor in case of using the room in the student Discount Plan.
