Return Procedures

1. Please make sure not to leave your personal belongings.
2. Lock your front door.
3. Drop all your keys into a mailbox.

Then, key return is completed.

※If you would like to return your room keys as above, please let us know the time you leave your apartment through an inquiry form or by phone.

※If your room is equipped with a security system, please return your security sticks together with your room keys.

※When there is any damage in your room, please attend a room inspection regardless of a tenancy period to avoid any troubles afterwards.

※If your room has a security system installed, leave the IC Stick keys inside the post box along with the keys of the door.

※If you lost a key from the door, there will be an charge of 1,320¥ for each key lost, if you are not under the support system insurance.
If you lost an IC Stick key, there will be a charge of 880¥ that can not be covered by the insurance.
