For example, if you move out on March 25th, you will pay the rent of 25 days.

However, if it's less than one month between the moving out application date and the room inspection date, you will be charged for the remaining dates from the inspection date to the date one month later after move-out application.

※If you decide to leave, please notify us leaving 1 month before the room inspection day.

●Example of computation (50,000 yen for one month)

５０,０００ yen × ２５ days（daily rent） ÷ ３１days（number of days in the month） ＝ It will be the amount that 40,322 yen will be paid as a daily payment.

You will pay off the final payment at the room inspection because the rent of the month to be leaving won't be deducted from your bank account.

※The period from the move-out applilcation date to the vacation date is shorter than 1 month, procedures to stop billing to an account may not be received in time.
※If you already paid rent, there is a refundment which is remaining 6 days rent, so it will be offset with the cleaning fee when you pay the fees at the time of room inspection.

【 Important notices when you apply for moving out 】

●Please apply for moving out 1 month in advanced.

For example, if you plan to move out on March 25th, please apply for moving out before February 26th.

●If the period from the application date to the vacate date is less than 1 month, you have to pay the rent for days from the application date to 1 month later.

For example, if you apply for moving out on March 10th and vacate the room on March 25th, you need to pay the rent until April 9th

●If you signed the contract by monthly paid system, we will not peform payment on a daily basis.

Depending on the date after 1 month from the application date, you need to pay the whole month rent for the next preriod.

Example) If the renewal date is 25th every month, April 9th, which is the date after 1 month from the application date, is belong to the next period of usage, so you need to pay the whole month rent for this period.
