【Regarding the utilities bills】
●For the standard [Chintai rental plans] and contracts where the [utilities payments are required], the tenants will need to contact the Electricity/Gas/Water supply companies, at least 5 days before moving out and request the change of the address or the end of contract.
※Some buildings have the water supply included and no procedure is required.
●For the [short term Monthly] contracts or with the [utilities included in the rent], there is no need for any procedure when the room contract is over.
【If you changed the amperage of the power supply】
Make the request to change back to the original amperage, when contacting the electricity company to end the supply contract.
【Telephone and Internet line procedures】
If you are using wired lines, contact the respective companies to end or move the service.
(※ The internet contract will end along the room if you are using the ＬＥＯＮＥＴ services.)
【Redirecting procedure for mail/packages. 】
Please, apply for the relocation/forwarding service to redirect the postal items from the former address to a new address.
【If you have another insurance company contract】
If you have a insurance contract, you will need to contact the insurance company to change to your new room on the contract or end the contract of the current room you are leaving.
