Please make sure that the intercom ring volume is not "OFF" or the lowest volume.


There are some battery-powered intercoms.
There is a lid to place batteries under the handset, please slide down the lid to access the battery compartment and try new batteries.


※The intercom battery is a consumable item and the tenant needs to replace them.
※If the battery runs out within one month from the move-in date, it will be replaced free of charge.
