If the equipment or appliance was already installed in the room, the order for repairs or replacements must be done through our management.
Please, inform the details of the problem or malfunction through our 『Inquiry Form』 .
Cleaning and maintaining the room and its equipment is responsibility of the tenants.
※If the tenant is responsible for breaking something in the room due to misuse, lack of cleaning/maintenance or carelessness, the costs of the repairs will be charged to the tenant.
●For the tenants using the room through the Monthly type contracts (Monthly plan, Short-term plan, Student discounts):
The monthly plans have a special terms for the【Tenant's support system】 which will cover the cost to damages to the appliances for accidents, covering repairs and replacements.
