• When the temperature goes down during the winter season, water-supply pipe in water heater may be frozen.
  In that case please wait until the temperature goes up. It will be naturally unfrozen.
• If it is not frozen, it is possible that water valve in water heater is closed for some reason.

・Please check the status of water valve by referring to the following.

1. Open the door under water heater. （Regarding how to open the door, please refer to 「I don't know how to open the door under water heater next to the entrance.」）

2. Please check the status of water shutoff valve.

※Depending on apartment type, there is another water shutoff valve under the kitchen sink.

※When you are unable to find any trouble of each water shutoff valve, please switch off and on the indoor breaker. (It might be a temporary error of water heater.)
