Regarding the delivery of goods, we ask that you acknowledge that we may receive a period of about one week after placing an order.
※Regarding damage caused by your intentional negligence, you may be charged for repair costs.
Customers staying in a monthly contract (Monthly Plan, Short Term Plan, Student Discount Plan)
Customers who have moved in with a monthly contract and are subscribed to 【Tenant comprehensive service & key security system】 are damaged / broken by furniture, negligence, during residence, at no charge We will repair or replace it.
