① Please check if coaxial cable (antenna cable) is properly connected by unplugging and plugging it into Antenna sockets.
● If your room has a Liquid Crystal Display with a built-in digital-tuner.
Be sure to confirm the socket on both sides, the TV and the outlet.
● If your room has a Tube Display "CRT" with a separated digital-tuner.
Be sure to confirm the socket on both sides, the tuner and the outlet.
If the pin in the coaxial cable (antenna cable) is bent, the signal may not be properly received.
Please, remove the coaxial cable from the sockets, and check if the pin is bent.
※ Remember that the pint (copper wire) of the Antenna Cable can be easily bent.
③ Are the TV channels properly set?
Right you install your TV, you will need to scan for the channels your antenna is receiving. Check the manual of the TV or the website of the manufacturer and scan the channels through the settings.
Furthermore, if the weather is making the signal too unstable, you may not get any signal temporarily. When there are strong winds or rain outside, wait until it gets better and check your TV again.
If the problem persists and the error message keeps displaying even after verifying the steps above, there may be a problem with the signal reception of the antenna or the devices. Usually the cable TV is also attached to the normal TV antenna, so if you notice the same problems with the cable TV channels on the LEONET, please let us know by filing our『Inquiry Form』.
