1. A power button for kitchen light may be at a stove. A kitchen light isn't on before pressing a main power button at a stove.

2. When a light isn't on even though you turn it on, a fluorescent light may be burnt out.

   Please note light may not be on when a fluorescent light or a glow lamp is loose. Please refer to this page for further information.

A fluorescent light is a consumable. Therefore, we are asking our tenants to exchange it by themselves.

※We will exchange a light bulb or a fluorescent light without any charge if they went out within one month from your move-in date, or if you purchased support service Select.

There are various kinds of bulbs and fluorescent lights. Please purchase the same type at your local DIY store or electronics store.

※If you bring the installed light bulb (fluorescent light) with you, it would be much easier to find the appropriate one.
