Caution

1. If a delivery person turns dials while the door of a delivery box is opened, a PIN number will be changed. In that case, a new PIN number can be confirmed by removing a cover behind a dial lock from the inside.
2. Please tell a delivery person to turn a dial only after closing a door and turning a tab to a "CLOSEposition. When a tab is turned "CLOSE after turning a dial, a PIN number will be changed.
3. When the knob cannot be turned to "OPEN" position even if the PIN number is dialed correctly, please turn the know to "OPEN", while firmly pushing the door of the delivery box.
