The following types of keys can be duplicated.

A spare key can be made at your local key shop if you need it.

The following types of keys (Card keys and Dimple keys) cannot be duplicated.

Key duplication is unavailable even at your local key shops. For this reason, we handed two or three keys to you when making a contract. We are sorry, but please note there are no additional keys we can give you.

If you have three keys with you, and lose all of them, we don't have any more keys to give you. In this case, your door lock needs to be changed.
