Your room key will be sent around 10:00 am on the day you move in the room.
The login button on the screen that automatically transitions after entering the authentication code only logs in to the web page that is displayed as a notification, cannot check the key there.
Available after downloading homehub app from AppStore or Play Store.
Customers who installed the app before receiving the key may have a different login ID. The ID of the homehub app is the「email address」or「phone number」on which you received the invitation email. Please logout once, check the correct ID and login again.
・If you have received the invitation e-mail with your e-mail address.
Log out of the account in the top right menu>
>Use the email address (メールアドレス) to login.
・If you have received the invitation email via SMS (phone number)
Log out of the account in the top right menu >
>Use the phone number (電話番号) to log in.
