Your room key will be sent around 10:00 am on the day of your move in into the room.
The account creation page, that opens from the invitation link for the authentication, will only show messages and notifications from the account.
You will not be able to confirm if the keys were received or use the keys in this page.
Please, download the homehub application on the AppStore for iPhones or Play Store for Android phones.
Some customers who installed the app before receiving the key may confuse the login ID that have the keys with another account's ID.
The ID for the homehub app that will receive the keys will be the 「email address」 or the 「phone number」 which received the invitation mail with the URL code. Please try logging out once and check the correct ID then try to login again.
Open the menu with the 3 bars icon on the top right corner of the app, then log out (ログアウト).
>Login with the e-mail address or phone number which you received the invitation URL link.
