The authentication code is sent to the e-mail address or as an SMS to the phone number that was registered on the system during the contract.
①Tenants that received the invitation/registration link through and e-mail address:
・Confirm if your smartphone's OS and the applications are on the latest version. After updating the system and resetting the phone, open the link from the invitation/registration e-mail sent the first time and after confirming the registration again, check if the authentication code has arrived.
・The e-mail is sent through an address from our company, but depending on the strength level of the security and domain setting the mail may be blocked. Check the list of spam/blocked mail if the invitation mail with the registration link was sent.
※The invitation/registration e-mail is sent from the domain 「@mail.bitkey.cloud」. Please, register the domain 「@mail.bitkey.cloud」 on your trusted list to avoid the e-mails being blocked.
②Tenants that received the invitation/registration link through a text message (SMS):
・Confirm if your phone is not set to block mails or SMS text messages. After changing the setting, open the link from the invitation/registration e-mail sent the first time and after confirming the registration again, check if the authentication code has arrived.
If there is still no e-mail received, gather the information of the room and file an 『Inquiry Form』.
